Why Your Company Needs Diversity Now

The U.S. is changing demographically. While Oregon is almost 84 percent White, according to the US Census the Black/African American population grew by 24 percent, Asian by 38 percent, Hispanic/Latino by 64 percent; the White population grew by only 8 percent. Because the ethnic landscape of the US and Oregon is radically shifting, your company needs to embrace and reflect this ethnic landscape.  Your clients, customers and future employees will demand it.
