Job Title:Evaluation and Research Services Manager

Description:POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager is responsible for designing program evaluation activities that document populations served and the quality and effectiveness of services provided by Morrison programs. The Manager is responsible for database management, developing and implementing data collection protocols, data analysis, and report writing. Additionally, this position facilitates agency Quality Improvement Committees, write Quality Improvement Work Plans, and collect and manage data which supports Quality Improvement activities. This position supervises Program Evaluation Staff and manages the department budget. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in a social science field including coursework in research and statistics; Master’s degree in social science, mental health, or public health preferred; or a combination of education and experience. * Supervisory Experience plus two years experience in research, program evaluation and database management is required. * One year experience in the mental health field.
