| Description: | GENERAL SUMMARY: The Director of ITS is responsible for planning, organizing and execution of all electronic information and customer relations technology functions at the Festival. The Director provides strategic oversight, budgeting, management, and ensures user support, data integrity and security for all digital assets, including website, intranet, the customer relations management (ticketing, fund development, marketing function) servers, workstations for a staff of 500. In this capacity, the Director plays a key role in helping the organization reach its revenue and fund-raising goals. The Director serves on and works with the Festival’s 15-person Leadership Team to achieve organizational goals through the use of technological resources. The Director ensures confidentiality and reliability of company data, proprietary information and intellectual property. Serves as a liaison between upper management, users and technology staff. |
