| Description: | Summary of the position (how the overall goal is reached): The Director of Online Admission directs all aspects of the marketing, recruitment, and admission for online students, incorporating a customer service approach and emphasis on efficient and timely communication with our recruitment and delivery partners (Hotchalk, etc.). The Director interacts and integrates with various enrollment teams among our partners across the nation and with colleges at the Portland campus. It is the responsibility of the Director to strategically develop and utilize current and future processes with third party companies that support the recruitment cycle for all pools of students, and to ensure online campus admission processes are consistent with the Portland Campus. The Director is charged with providing open and regular communication with our partner recruiters while providing leadership and problem solving for departments who work with the Office of Admission. |
