The Project Coordinator works closely with the marketing team and cross functional groups to drive marketing initiatives, promote brand cohesion and manage projects that align with the stated business objectives. This experienced Project Coordinator will take part in project intake and assignment, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing projects and events in order to make an impact for veterinary practices and their clients. This exciting role provides a unique opportunity to use your skills to support marketing efforts to b2b, b2c and internal audiences. Managing of tradeshows and events including occasional travel will be required.

The ideal candidate is smart, thoughtful, organized, curious and will thrive in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating with the internal marketing team as well as agency partners to achieve results. This person should be obsessed with details and also have the ability to look up to see the big picture. You probably have a passion for sticky notes and highlighters and get excited when you are able to check things off a list. You hate being late and get super excited when your team has a big win.

Essential job functions:

Responsibilities will include campaign coordination, project and event management, process creation and collaborating with many different stakeholders. This person will also be responsible for meeting deadlines, keeping the team organized and on-time, participating in product launches, and being an overall team champion.

Required experience with following tools: Microsoft Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PPT), Google Docs, Experience using project management software platforms. Event management experience strongly preferred. Would be great to have an understanding of marketing communication tools such as email marketing platforms, CRM and Project management software platforms.

BA/BS or 5 years of equivalent work experience, emphasis in project management

Years of experience required:
3+ years working on a cross-functional marketing team as a project manager

Supervisory experience: Not required
