Position Overview
The Program Administrator is a utility player for the Epic School Partnerships team whose primary purpose is to assist the Assistant Director in preparing, tracking, updating, and advancing client proposals and projects.

Essential Functions

-Maintain project tracking system(s) to ensure that project status is up to date and accurate.
-Track project documentation to maintain accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and completeness
-Provide timely and effective communications to consultants, partners, and staff, through conventional and creative communication methods.
-Synthesize large amounts of information or data and draft communications that are usable and relevant to our partners.
-Schedule and organize complex meeting and travel arrangements using EPIC’s resources and established protocols.
-Coordinate day-to-day tasks and communicate project activity on various media platforms (e.g., blogs, social networking, Twitter feed, podcast, YouTube) and integrate with website and newsletters.
