Corporate Performance Project Manager (R17-678)
In this position, you will lead the effort to develop PGE’s Corporate Scorecard annually and benchmarking of PGE with peer utilities as required. Develop plans, schedule and lead efforts to ensure schedules are met. Schedule, develop material and present to Officer and direct reports all progress, milestones and deliverables along the way.

In particular, this person will Aid in designing metrics, targets and project objectives that are actionable and represent the strategic intent and direction of the company. Hold workshops to gather performance information, identify subject matter experts, and establish a protocol by which to collect this information to roll it up to the scorecards. Hold brainstorming and training sessions on corporate performance strategies and tactics as appropriate. Create and update a roadmap for overall scorecard process and make recommendations regarding improvements.

Qualifications include:
Demonstrated ability to lead positive change, engage employees and achieve results.
Knowledge of fundamental economic, business and accounting principles.
Knowledge of macro- and microeconomics, pricing theory, finance, accounting, and financial analysis.
Knowledge of data visualization, Key Performance Indicators, cost accounting and process improvement theories.
Knowledge of process design.
Knowledge of utility industry operations and market fundamentals (preferred).

The successful candidate will typically have a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance or other related field or equivalent experience and 8+ years of applicable experience.
