We're looking to add a Development Operation Engineer to be a key contributor to build out scalable solutions and technologies that link the world of Jama to other tools and applications. You will play a key role in architecting and implementing solutions that enable our customers to integrate Jama seamlessly into their worlds
Support our cloud-based infrastructure and cloud-related technologies
Provide queue management & work intake support
Partner with members of the development, services and support teams
Create and update technical documentation
Develop, review, and update automation scripting
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience Requirements
College degree in a Computer Science or an equivalent field technical discipline or 2 years’ experience.
Linux expertise, with adept command of the CLI
Scripting for configuring and automating operating systems and applications
Keen analytical skills and proven troubleshooting ability
Deployment and maintenance of high-availability web applications
Experience with network management (DNS, SMTP, HTTP)
Experience with DBMS (i.e. MySQL, MS SQL, Postgres)
Network and web application monitoring tools (Nagios, Datadog, New Relic)
