The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily operations of the START/STOP program, including staff supervision and scheduling, ensuring that services are in clinical and administrative compliance with contractual standards and OAR regulations, performance objectives, ethical standards, and best practices. The Clinical Supervisor works in close collaboration with the Program Manager to retain positive relationships with partner organizations. May also provide treatment services to a small caseload of program participants and provide in-court clinical information to assist the START/STOP Court team in making decisions on program participants’ care. The START/STOP Clinical Supervisor will be in a Saturday rotation with other Supervisors to provide managerial support of Saturday services.
