This position is located at a Cascadia Health Center in the Gateway area of NE Portland. The nature of the work dictates that the Centralized Call Center Manager is flexible and able to perform various functions and task. Work hours are typically standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
The Call Center Administrative Manager is responsible for managing the agencies centralized call center for our health centers; including supervision of Office Coordinators and Office Specialists. The call center manager is responsible for delivering high standards of service to clients and/or community members by making the most effective and efficient use of call-center staff and technology resources. Other duties include; budget management, workflow analysis, collect and analyze call-center statistics to ensure we are providing the best customer service possible. The call center manager must be positive, client centered and patient.
