The Oregon Health Authority Health Services Division, Member Services Unit has an opportunity for Eligibility Specialist (Human Services Specialist 4) position in Enterprise, Oregon. This position acts as a resource to staff regarding policies and procedures and ensuring programs are determined correctly. This position also supports managers through researching branch practices relating to Department of Human Services (DHS) and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) rules and procedures and assisting in the formulation of streamlined processes.

Two (2) years of experience determining eligibility for an agency program (e.g., cash assistance, medical assistance, food stamps, etc.);
AND One (1) year of experience related to Oregon Health Plan programs, policies and processes.
Note: College-level courses may be substituted for the experience on a year-for-year basis. A photocopy of your transcripts must be attached to your application materials if using college courses to meet the minimum qualifications.
