Position Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for assigned Human Resources (HR) functions and for day-to-day oversight of HRIS management, benefits administration, leaves administration, and the recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding processes. This position represents the organization in workplace investigations and grievances. This position participates in the research and development of policy and procedures; develops and delivers training to supervisory staff; and has direct supervisory responsibility for the HR Generalist and HR Assistant. Schedule: Current hours are 37.5/week, increasing to 40/week in January 2018

Compensation: The base starting salary is $59,000 + DOE.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management or a related field. Additional relevant experience in combination with training may take the place of the minimum educational degree requirement.
-Three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience as an HR generalist, manager, associate or similar role with a strong working knowledge of the full range of HR functions.
-Two (2) years’ experience in employee relations and full-cycle staff recruitment.
-Two (2) years’ experience supervising and leading a team.
-Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
-Must have access to reliable transportation and be able to travel as the job dictates.
