About this role:

In December of 2016, we rebranded from Ergo Depot to Fully. The idea behind Fully is simple: Movement is good. Unsurprisingly, this has resonated deeply with customers, and has led to considerable growth. So we are looking for a Brand Designer who is eager to join our growing team and shared mission.

A bit about you and what you’d be doing:

We are looking for a designer, a visual storyteller with a background in graphic design and photography. You have excellent taste that aligns with the clean and honest visual direction of the Fully brand. With a focus on the web and social media, you should be comfortable designing for both digital and print. Ideally, you also have interest and/or experience styling physical spaces for photography, video and events. The perfect candidate is confident in their POV, open and collaborative in receiving feedback, seeks personal growth and improvement, and embraces the mantra of One team--One dream. You’ll be working closely with our entire marketing team; our creative director, Jelly Helm; his Studio; and our amazing network of photo/video production partners. From time to time, you may also be working with our Product Development team to influence product design. We’re looking for someone who’s positive, flexible, collaborative, hardworking, detail-oriented, and accountable. This position reports directly to our Marketing Ops Manager who helps organize our priorities and facilitates creative production.

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years design experience in an agency environment or other relevant industry

Experience concepting and executing strategically led creative work

Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience managing your time across several workstreams

Keen interest/understanding of social media platforms and how to design assets for them
