This position is located at Lloyd Corporate Plaza. The schedule for this position is standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in a high-profile group tasked with improving revenue results by taking a macro view of clinical and financial processes and functions. The Senior Financial Analyst works closely with senior leadership in a consultative role to identify the fiscal impact of new programs and agency initiatives. Due to its service focus and project management emphasis, this position requires strong interpersonal, communication and system skills, superb analytic and organization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while influencing, but not directly managing the work of others. The Senior Financial Analyst helps lead the strategic and annual plans for Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare in coordination with senior leadership.
A Bachelor's degree in the field of business from an accredited college or university.
At least three years of full-time professional experience relevant to the position.
Progressive experience working in a nonprofit or healthcare agency is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience and knowledge of financial reporting systems
Knowledge of Prophix preferred
Proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup functions
Knowledge of data review and reporting
Knowledge of data management systems such as Access DB
Knowledge of accounting and budget principles; research methods
Ability to compute basic statistics
Ability to set up and maintain relational database files; perform queries, and retrieve data to prepare reports
Ability to adapt to changing technology
Ability to read, interpret, research, explain and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to program business
Ability to prepare complex reports
