Hello Partners in Diversity members,

This week has been challenging for many of us as we see uncertainty in our future as a country. The staff and leadership council of Partners in Diversity is committed to continuing to make Oregon and Southwest Washington a welcoming place for people of all races and ethnicities.

It is clear that we will need to work even harder. Now more than ever, we will work together with our partners to assure the steps we have gained in equity remain intact and that we continue to move forward with courage and grace. 

If you are attending Say Hey on November 17th, it will be all the more important to reach out to our new professionals of color to make them feel welcome here. Embrace them and embrace each other so that we can help each other heal.
