As program coordinator, Faith uses her innovative style to directly manage the day to day coordination and evaluation of assigned programmatic activities. Prior to joining Partners in Diversity, Faith worked at the OHSU Center for Diversity and Inclusion as the Summer Equity Research program coordinator. Faith also founded a nonprofit organization in 2018, WO:KE PDX, a community organization that promotes social responsibility and awareness through intercultural dialogue.
