The series will explore food entrepreneurship from three pathways: packaged foods, brick and mortar locations and culinary chef experience.

Finally join us for an evening with Chef Carlo Lamagna, graduate of the Culinary Institue of America, and owner of the soon to open MAGNA at 2nd and Clinton in SE Portland. The event will feature a cooking demonstration and personal stories from Chef Carlo followed by bites from an open grill.
