This MESA Talk, we will be delving into the Power of Community! We all have communities that we care about. What can happen if we each step up and advocate for those around us? We are joined by three amazing speakers: Ochuko Akpovbovbo: Economics major and President of the Lewis & Clarke Entrepreneurship Club Cara Snow: Chief Community Engagement Officer of the Technology Association of Oregon (TAO) Tong Zhang: Executive Director of Oregon Math Engineering Science and Achievement (MESA) MESA Talks highlight topics that matter to the MESA Community and embody the spirit of our MESA Values: Community, Challenge, Diversity, Innovation, Empathy, History, Equity, and Resilience. Our goal is to celebrate the success of our community members, explore different scientific disciplines, and open a window into the unique and special lives that make up MESA.
