About this Event
The NW Regional Equity Conference for Higher Education aims to improve equitable, sustainable experiences and outcomes for historically underrepresented students and employees in higher education through effective instruction and anti-racist supports.
This conference is geared toward educators, administrators and other professionals in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana who work with college students or are in the higher education system and would like to broaden their social justice knowledge or remove institutional barriers for historically underrepresented students, staff and faculty.

Keynote Speaker: Debi Jenkins, PhD
Debra (Debi) Jenkins, PhD is an award-winning life coach, author, presenter, facilitator, and educator with expertise in developmental and transformational psychology within the context of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Clientele refer to her whole life approach as enlightening, refreshing and innovative! Dr. Debi powerfully and meaningfully engages with individuals and groups to ignite growth, development, and change on personal, professional, and organizational levels.
