What is one thing that you need/want from a community right now?

Engagement with it. It has been difficult to know what events are occurring and where if you are an outsider to Portland or not already involved via someone else or employment. I only found out about Say Hey from a friend who invited me to the event. I only made that friend through a community event this it can be hard to interact and engage without those connections.

What kind of civic connection are you interested in making?

Any, I volunteer most weekends at events throughout the summer and rarely see or meet new volunteers. I would like knowledge ( I.e where to go for X )to be shared so that we become a stronger community that is known to newcomers.
