I moved to Portland to join Portland General Electric as Senior Director of People & Culture. I had spent the past 10 years with Amazon in senior HR leadership and often traveled to the Pacific Northwest, mostly to Seattle. When this opportunity came up, it felt like the right time to bring my experience to a new industry and become part of an organization that has deep roots in the community and a strong focus on innovation. Portland’s quality of life and welcoming culture made the decision even easier.
