What is one thing that you need/want from a community right now?

I am looking for more ways to connect with likeminded individuals in the entrepreneurship sector as well as learn more about non-profit/community health driven organizations that focus on whole person health and wellness. Geared toward minority and lower income populations. Also, as a new person to Oregon, I am looking for fellowship/social engaging opportunities outside of my academic bubble.

What kind of civic connection are you interested in making?

I am looking for ways to give back by helping educate, bring awareness, provide emotional/social support to populations who need it the most. Via volunteer and advocacy efforts pertaining to food insecurity, homelessness, access to health/mental care, and youth mentorship; especially in underserved minority communities.
