Associate Business Operations Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, curious, and driven candidate to join our Business Operations team. This talented individual will help us run our organization(“operations for operations”) so that we can scale while we continue to focus, prioritize and hold ourselves accountable to our team goals.

What You'll Do
Administrative support for SVP including calendar scheduling, travel booking + expense reports
Partner with leadership team to plan + execute team events, meetings, offsites and other special functions
Develop agendas, prepare materials and run staff/team meetings
Work with leadership to ensure we are holding ourselves accountable for action items and status of quarterly deliverables/goals
Project management for Quarterly Business Reviews (scheduling, invites, logistics, presentation deliverables)
Project management for Board Meetings (scheduling, invites, logistics, presentation deliverables)
Project management of team initiatives
Maintain + administer team intranet, reporting and project management resources
Provide other office support, where + when needed

Possess a growth mindset
Excellent written + verbal communication skills
Excellent organization + project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once
Talent for editing, formatting and making presentations awesome
Ability to gather, analyze, and present information in a variety of presentation formats
A desire to collaborate with partners across the company to drive great operations
Experience and confidence managing communications among executives, Directors and business partners
Experience planning for and negotiating services for corporate events
Proven track record of faultless discretion + confidentiality
