Volunteers of America Oregon is seeking a Director of Administrative Services. This position provides program and operational assistance for the Treatment & Prevention Services Director and Children & Family Services Division Director. Areas of responsibility include new program development, budget and contracts review, and grants management and reporting. This position is also responsible for ensuring appropriate data collection and reporting, quality assurance monitoring and effective billing procedures are defined and implemented.
