High School and College Tech Connected Coaches
Support high school and college students in achieving their goal of college graduation through one on one coaching and support via phone, email and other technologies. This opportunity allows you to work in an office environment with other college graduates committed to serving their communities! You will accomplish this by:
• coaching high school or college students to and through college via text, email, phone and video calls to provide support in ACT/SAT preparation, the college application process, college application essays, FAFSA completion and navigating college support services;
• working with students one on one to address their individual needs for achieving college graduation;
• meeting regularly with College Possible program staff and peers to plan engaging outreach and communications to students about the College Possible program
• gaining valuable experience with Salesforce database systems by documenting your interactions with students.

Campus Based High School and College Coaches
Support high school and college graduates in achieving their goal of college graduation through in-person coaching and support. In this role, you will coach and support a group of students at their high school or college campus. You will support these students by:
• leading sessions for students on topics such as ACT/SAT preparation, the college application process, college application essays, FAFSA completion and navigating college support services.
• working with students on an individual basis providing subject specific assistance or to overcome obstacles in the college education process.
• meeting regularly with College Possible program staff and peers to plan engaging outreach and communications to students about the College Possible program;
• gaining valuable experience with Salesforce database systems by documenting your interactions with students.

Community Partnerships Team Member
In an office setting, you will build and support partnerships that help College Possible serve our students. This may include:
• organizing college planning workshops for middle and early high school students;
• conceiving and organizing program wide events including community service days, college visits and student celebration events.
• organizing practice ACT/SAT exams for high school juniors.
• serving as lead substitute for coaches.
• supporting programming for high school seniors transitioning to college.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a living allowance, health coverage and an approximately $6,095 education award that can be used to repay federal student loans or pay future education expenses. Student loans may be deferred during the 10- or 12-month commitment (depending on position). An early August 2018 start date is required.

Required Skills:
