Position Overview

The Sr. Contracts Analyst is responsible for the oversight of the statements of work process including final preparation, working across departments to assist in the completion of statements of work and insuring the quality and accuracy of statements. The Sr. Contracts Analyst uses strong communication skills and acts as a liaison among the Finance, Sales, Account/Project Management, and other operating departments within OCHIN. This role will also be key in the continual improvement of the processes and procedures surrounding statements of work, attend the pricing committee as a team member, and provide training and oversight of the Contracts Analyst role.

The Sr. Analyst must have a high attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, be prepared to take on new responsibilities to support the organization, and have a proven track record of driving process improvement. The position also requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain personal rapport with internal and external members and stakeholders. In addition the Sr. Contracts Analyst will work closely with the CXO and other leaders supporting the revenue goals of the organization.
