*This is a short-term, 9-month employment contract*
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing HR services to the foundation on a short-term 9-month contract relating to: recruitment and on-boarding; employee programs; benefits and compensation; and performance management. This position is responsible for ensuring that HR policies and programs are compliant with applicable local, state, and federal laws as well as supporting the foundation’s mission. The HR Generalist reports to the Manager of Human Resources and will work closely with the Manager to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the strategic plans and goals of the organization.
