Senior HR Coordinator (T-19-0956)
This is a limited duration role of up to a year depending on business needs and performance.

As the Senior HR Coordinator, you will work as a team with other coordinators to deliver high quality customer service. You will be a first line of contact for company employees seeking help with human resources (HR) policies, processes and transactions. As such, you will provide support through investigation and resolution of problems or concerns originated by customers who include employees and dependents, potential new hires, internal/external vendors, associates and managers. The work includes problem identification, accurate documentation, communication research, escalation or resolution, and tracking according to predefined guidelines.

In addition to front line customer service, you will verify, process and input transactions dealing with employee information (e.g. employee movement, new employee data, etc.). You will work directly with employees and partner with internal HR functions such as Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll as well as business operations through the company such as IT.

• Working knowledge of employment laws related to area of discipline.
• Working skills in systems and programs used in functional area, including data retrieval.
• Working knowledge of PGE’s policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements and benefit plans (OJT)
