As the CFO, the candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the Executive Director and leaders of business with emphasis on bottom line performance, working capital, and enhancing stakeholder value.
As the COO, this candidate provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, processes, and procedures in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Accountable to the entire leadership team, the CF&O Officer ensures a culture of performance excellence, equity and inclusion where all employees flourish in support of the mission and exemplify our core values.
Be a strong manager who can partner with executive leadership, while influencing and promoting communication and collaboration across departments.
The point person for any financial questions from executive leadership and you’ll participate in all aspects of the business including planning and assessing new projects, nurturing financial partners, and growing highly functional teams.
The CF&O will be a dynamic and engaging business partner who will provide expertise and integrity in the collaboration and stewardship of our business operations.
The ideal candidate have a smart head for business and a soft heart for kids. They will be equally skilled at leading budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance in our accounting systems, policies and practices, and managing high performing teams of finance, facilities, IT, and human resources professionals.
