The City of Bend Information Technology Department is seeking a regular, full-time IT Applications Analyst – (Unified Communications Administrator) to help manage our unified communications environment, as well as other communication mediums. The Information Technology Department is a member of the City's Innovation Team, working to enhance service delivery to our community through continuous improvement. This is a chance to join a team that values technical expertise, continuous improvement and proactive, positive partnerships with customers to serve the community.
We are seeking someone with experience in managing an enterprise level unified communications environment. Technical knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Suite (CUCM for VOIP and SIP integration with CLEC; UCCX contact center; VCS & TMS for video conferencing), IVR systems management, CCTV systems, conference room collaboration technology, and web conferencing is preferred.
Candidates for this position will have the opportunity to work closely with the City's Microsoft Office 365 administrator to move the City into its next phase of employee communication and collaboration. Contribute to future projects such fixed mobile convergence; digital signage, and room and web based conferencing/collaboration expansion. We are searching for a motivated candidate who can help manage and improve our unified communications environment.
