The offices of Academic and Student Affairs are seeking a temporary Project Manager for their YESS (Yes to Equitable Student Success) college-wide student success initiative at Portland Community College. The Project Manager will provide technical and administrative coordination for the student success initiatives and projects related to the multi-year systems and student outcomes improvement effort, which the college calls “YESS.” The position will support multiple cross-functional teams to meet planning and implementation related timelines and deliverables effectively and efficiently. Under the direction of the Vice Presidents for Academic and Student Affairs, and in consultation with key administrators, the position will develop project benchmarks and track, monitor, and measure progress and outcomes. The position will also develop and facilitate a comprehensive stakeholder communication and engagement plan, including providing ongoing reports to various audiences on YESS activities and progress.
This is a one-year temporary position, with main office location at the Downtown Center and expectation of significant travel and work across the entire District.
