Senior Change Manager, Integrated Security Program (R18-490)
This is a limited duration position for up to 2 years depending upon performance and business needs. Full benefits are included.

As a key leader of the IT Integrated Security Program team, you will lead and coordinate all change management efforts for projects within the program in order to improve our security posture and protect our customers and our community. At the same time you will be supporting a larger cultural transformation taking place within IT. The Integrated Security Program includes over 15 projects, several of which have change impacts across the company. Success of the program depends on behavioral changes among our wide range of employees during a time of heavy change, so we need your expertise, passion, and creativity.
To deliver these results, you’ll collaborate closely with the IT change portfolio lead and the IT change management team to plan, prioritize, and execute change strategy and tactics. You will personally act as change lead for the program as a whole and coordinate efforts to evaluate and meet the change needs of all projects within the program. You’ll be a trusted partner of the program manager and the program sponsor.
Bring the following skills to our team:
Thorough knowledge of organizational change, employee transition, organization design, and culture change theories, models, and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize complex and shifting task lists and timelines.
Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing circumstances with a positive attitude.
Ability to build trust with executives, management and team; overcome resistance in different settings and work cultures, influence stakeholders, and lead without formal authority.
Solid project management skills; able to coordinate resources, establish schedules, track deliverables, and drive for results.
Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving and analytical skills.
Thorough knowledge of training program design, adult learning theory, and state-of-the-art training techniques preferred.
Utility industry experience and leading change in a union environment with bargaining unit employees preferred.
The successful candidate will have 8 years or more of proven experience in change management, including acting as sole responsible change manager for projects and acting as change manager at a program level. Bachelor’s degree required, with Master’s degree preferred, in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or a related field. Certification in a change management approach such as PROSCI, and style assessment such as MBTI, Hogan, iOPT or similar.
