The Operations Coordinator is the first point of contact for the Residence Life department. They develop and implement operational and administrative processes and act as liaison to other campus departments. They cultivate relationships through formal and informal interactions with individual students, families, and other Reed affiliates.
This is a full-time, exempt position, working 37.5 hours a week. The anticipated work schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. The salary is $43,000 per year. Reed College offers an exceptional benefits package.
At least three years of experience in an operational role managing a program or office where accuracy and attention to detail were essential. Experience establishing efficient error proof procedures is required. Experience supervising or directing the work of others is preferred. Program/project management experience preferred. Student information systems or management software experience preferred.
