Human Solutions operates multiple programs with separate identities that will need to be branded and rolled out, in addition to the organization as a whole.
Web Presence. Human Solutions.org is where most people learn about us, whether they are seeking services or want to volunteer or donate. Our web site will be updated in 2020 as part of our brand update, so this person will be instrumental in that effort, in addition to maintaining its content and adding new content, as needed, from job postings to blog posts or board photos. Storytelling. Sharing stories about our work, the people we have the honor of working with and the broken systems they are trying to survive is key to our communications strategy, with a commitment to sharing people’s experiences in a way that challenges mainstream narratives about poverty and homelessness. We are working to use more photos and personal statements in powerful ways to broadcast the power of our work and program participants. Bold, creative vision and experience with this kind of narrative is essential!

Advertising. Human Solutions uses some paid advertising to raise awareness and funds, mainly local print and radio. This person will coordinate ad buys with team members to promote our fundraising and publicity goals.
