What you will do!
The Director of Social Work administers a department of approximately 50 staff. The position plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates all activities of the OSH Social Work Department, providing executive direction, leadership, and oversight. This department is comprised of 6 Associate Chiefs of Social Work and 50 employees distributed over six distinct clinical programs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Four years of management experience in a public or private organization which included responsibility for each of the following: a) development of program rules and policies, b) development of long- and short-range goals and plans, c) program evaluation, and d) budget preparation.
(Note: One year of experience may be substituted with 45-48 quarter hours (30-32 semester hours) of graduate level coursework in management.)

Experience in advancing health equity, addressing systemic health disparities and collaborating with diverse, vulnerable and underrepresented populations.
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
Licensure as a Psychiatric Social Worker (LCSW).
Demonstrate knowledge of principles and methods of Psychiatric Recovery.
Demonstrate experience with supervision of programs providing assessment, behavioral support and treatment for forensic patients.
