Hi, I’m Brittni Beers-Branco, VP of People at Puppet,
I’m looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Leader to join my leadership team. In this role, you will be a team of one that collaborates across the People teams and organization in leading employee growth, leader development and building organizational capabilities while sustaining our focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. At Puppet, you will play a central role in employee engagement and team effectiveness, through growth and development strategies while focusing on developing skills that are critical for the Puppet teams success. Central to all of this is continuing to cultivate our inclusive work environment and focus on diversity and equity. Meaningful work you’ll contribute
Build the organizational learning and development strategy from idea through execution and facilitation.
Own the learning agenda over three key areas of focus: learning opportunities that build organizational capabilities for both employee and leader, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and cultural and soft skills.
Lead oversight of DE&I strategy, council and ongoing focus.
Partner with the HR Business Partner & Services team in developing Puppet’s performance management processes that drive engagement and productivity.
Enable employees and leaders understand their role in Puppet performance management processes to include feedback, goal setting, career development, talent planning, and rewards.
Identify and manage tools, systems and vendors that provide access and a fantastic employee and leader experience in learning and development.
Entrepreneurial - Seeking out challenges to solve and opportunities to create, approaching work in an agile way, with a sense of urgency and creativity
A team player— Listening to our customers and colleagues, remaining open is imperative to ensure we are building capabilities for future growth. You recognize that collaborating with others, leveraging their skills, knowledge and expertise is more impactful than going at it alone.

Valuable experiences and skills you’ll bring to Puppet
Creating talent strategies that build employee capabilities, both employee and leadership, that align with company priorities.
Developing processes and delivering just in time learning surrounding performance management (feedback, goals, development and talent planning) to drive greater connection to organizational priorities that impacts engagement and team and individual performance.
Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion with previous experience leading teams through workshops that build greater awareness to create an inclusive work environment.
Deep understanding of continuous and process improvement as well as program and project management skills
Strong global perspective and experience working with global teams.
Seasoned expert facilitator and learning content creator.
Strong technical skills deploying and maintaining learning solutions, vendors and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
