The aim of the New Relic Global Enablement (NRGE) team is to support balanced high growth by driving outstanding sales performance. We are looking for a multifaceted, curious, and driven person to join the NRGE Program Management Office team. The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Program Specialist will partner with Instructional Designers & Program Managers (LMS). What You’ll Do
Provide above and beyond customer service to our partners and end users.
Troubleshoot issues for end users and system administrators.
Manage and track all active LMS courses and assist the Instructional Designers with course governance.
Handle the day-to-day LMS requirements, including responding to queries and requests in a timely manner.
Upload, maintain, and assign courses, curriculums, and programs in our LMS.
Provide recommendations to best utilize and optimize the functionality of the LMS.
Assist with the maintenance of content in the LMS.
Assist with initiatives involving the LMS.
Assist with course rosters and registration.
Send out course reminders & notifications.
Generate reports from the LMS to meet the needs of the supported programs and Program Management Office.
Your Qualifications
3+ years work experience in coordinator, project management, or customer service roles.
Exceptional customer service mindset.
Specific experience coordinating training or services, or supporting enablement or training teams.
Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) highly desired.
Ability to quickly diagnose and tackle problems.
Experience working closely with internal and external teams (vendors) to resolve critical system issues desired.
Capacity to learn multiple tasks, and move quickly among different procedures and processes.
Self-starter, quick learner, well-organized, detail-oriented, and professional attitude.
