We are looking for a Program Manager to be a key member of our Global Technical Support (GTS) Team. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining GTS Programs. You will ensure the accurate structure, processes, people, systems, resources, support, and communication of the programs are in place to help us deliver on GTS vision and goals. You will work in collaboration with GTS Leadership and partner with Key Stakeholders across the company to assess, develop and deliver on GTS Programs.
What You'll Do
Establish and maintain programs that align our Global Technical Support teams with the strategic direction of the group and organization
Collaborate with GTS Leadership and partner with Key Stakeholders to build support across teams for common initiatives and ensure open consistent communication
Drive continuous improvement through programs and feedback loops
Maintain documentation for program processes and procedures
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status, risk, and accomplishments throughout its life cycle
Represent the GTS’s business requirements in key cross-departmental projects and initiatives
5 - 7 years meaningful work experience preferably with a professional IT services company or SaaS software provider in Technical Sales, Professional Services, Support, or Customer Success
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build positive working relationships across management and field teams
Experience effectively leading large, complex, global projects to completion
