We are looking for a management analyst professional who enjoys an active team environment, preferably with experience in public works utilities and asset management concepts. This individual will assist the department's water utility division by providing key business and strategic planning analysis. In this role you will work on revenue studies, asset management systems development, water utility analysis and report writing, budget development and monitoring, procurement assistance, and a variety of other fiscal and analytical management needs.

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting projects related to analytical support for Tigard's participation in regional water partnership projects such as the Lake Oswego-Tigard Water Partnership and the Willamette Intake Facility Partnership, both large regional water supply expansions. Training and Experience: Any combination of training and experience, which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: • Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business or public administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. AND
• Two (2) years increasingly responsible professional administrative and analytical experience in government, including experience in budget, strategic planning, policy analysis, organizational development, and/or personnel management.

Additional Information:
This position is a 4-10 (Monday-Thursday, generally 10 hours) schedule however, may be required to work outside of normal work hours such as evenings, early mornings, and/or weekends.
