The Journi Marketing Activation Manager will build and execute marketing activation programs in concert with the account team to deliver a world class experience for our customers and their employees to ultimately improve their overall health and healthcare journey. Working with the sales, business development, implementation and client success teams in partnerships with customers to define, build and execute end to end marketing support which includes: participation in customer solutions discovery, contract contributions, program design, implementation and reporting and measurement. Post launch the role will plan and deliver ongoing marketing, activation and engagement strategies for our customers. This person may also participate in onsite events and manage solutions directly with customers and their employees. The role serves as a solution expert and brand ambassador at all times, building connection and value with every interaction.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Produces expected sign-up, engagement and retention metrics at the client level.
Trains client groups either via webinar, telephone or other means.
Creates successful employee and employer marketing and activation campaigns for positive outcomes and experiences.
Provides exceptional account management services to clients.
Works closely with HR & Leadership in client groups to ensure satisfaction with product(s)
Competencies and Knowledge:
Ability to create, manage and execute comprehensive strategic marketing programs for employer activation and engagement targeting employer customers and their employees to drive awareness (education and connection), registration (action and connection) and value (use/reuse).
Ability to create engagement strategies internally and with client marketing departments, leveraging best practices for employer specific content.
Ability to demonstrate program and account management skills including the ability to effectively present and execute customer account strategies.
In-depth experience in marketing, including best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Knowledge of best practices for omni-channel marketing, including targeting, creative, copy, channel optimization, segmentation and, testing methodologies, etc.
Ability to evaluate marketing program effectiveness, identify issues and opportunities, and work to continuously improve programs offered to employers.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employers including all levels of staff in client groups, from main contacts in Human Resources to Senior Management. Including the ability to navigate corporate departments to implement products.
Ability to effectively train client groups on solutions, via webinar or in-person sessions.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, including ability to conduct clear and concise presentations directly to client groups.
Demonstrated understanding of Journi solutions and the ability to leverage technology effectively, including market trends and developments in health and healthcare technology.
Ability to work with internal analysts to develop automated client reporting and to review data to identify and communicate trends to client as it relates to marketing and activation campaigns.
Ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and work independently including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A key component of this role will be evangelizing our Journi integrated experience internally and externally.
Representing and communicating product strategy, vision & implementation tailored for the customer’s needs.
Identifies and articulates product requirements obtained from on-site client meetings, sales associates, and other external sources to product teams.
Ambassador for Cambia and our suite of solutions in any and all circumstances.
Additional Minimum Requirements for level II
Demonstrated experience in marketing and activation strategy creation and execution.
Demonstrated exceptional program and account management skills including the ability to effectively present and execute customer account strategies.
Demonstrated ability to establish & maintain relationships with sales, product, and development teams.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Creative problem solving capabilities, including effective management of client expectations and ability to influence without direct authority.
Demonstrated strong drive to consistently exceed goals and expectations while managing projects.
Strong interpersonal skills including strong customer focus and understanding of psychology & human motivation.
Must work well in a team environment and provide general leadership when necessary.
Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above:
Marketing Activation Manager I would have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field and 3 or more years of marketing and account management in a related field or industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the Health and Health Care industry preferred.
Marketing Activation Manager II would have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field and 5 or more years of marketing and account management in a related field or industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the Health and Health Care industry preferred.
