Position Summary:
The Student Resource Center program coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating events including ROAR Orientation, the Career and Internship Fairs, and the Global Learning Fair. This position is responsible for coordinating event logistics, tracking budget expenditures, communicating with program participants, and working with staff supporting the events.
This position also serves as the primary point of contact for Academic Advising, the LEAPS program, and Career Services. Working closely with advisors across campus, this position ensures that advising assignments are accurate and that student transitions between advisors are seamless. This position responds to inquiries about each of these programs, schedules appointments for students needing support, and makes appropriate campus referrals.
The program coordinator tracks student use of SRC services and participation in coordinated events. This position creates and administers program surveys, collects student feedback, and creates data summaries to inform future program design and delivery.

Minimum Requirements:
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in higher education setting.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience planning and executing events in a team environment.
Experience providing support for student services.
Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience using Student Information Systems (PeopleSoft, Banner, Datatel, etc.)
Experience working with diverse populations.

Salary: $2,912.00 per month
