The Department of Energy recently invested significantly in the technical infrastructure of the Department, implementing infrastructure upgrades and providing the IT team with the right tools and training.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will help continue the implementation of a customer relationship management (CRM) system within the Department of Energy. The CRM system provides a platform to modernize current business processes, enhance service delivery to the public, and create a solid data foundation for data reporting. As the Developer/Analyst, you will be responsible for three main areas of this project.
•End user engagement - you will be the interface of the project with the business, working to gather requirements and verify business needs are met.
•User adoption & training - we will need development of training, service evangelism, and ad hoc and formal training to be delivered by the Developer/Analyst.
•Solution delivery - the CRM product will allow for quick solution to be created. The Developer/Analyst will be responsible for the creation of no to low code solutions, front end web development, and .NET application delivery.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
You will work directly with our incredible staff to assist them in adopting the new technology as business processes are migrated to the CRM system. We offer full medical, vision, and dental with paid Sick Leave, Vacation, Personal leave and 10 paid holidays a year. This is a full-time, unrepresented position.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Four (4) years of information systems experience in driving user adoption, delivering training, and systems development.
An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND two (2) years of information systems experience in driving user adoption, delivering training, and systems development.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all of the above.
Experience in designing cross-platform compatible websites
Experience with .NET development
Expertise with user adoption methodology
Expertise with end user training development and delivery
Experience performing business analysis and modeling
Ability to learn Dynamics 365 development
