Marmoset is seeking a Project Manager
Marmoset is seeking a Project Manager for our Creative Team. This full-time position is responsible for the intake, price quoting, client communication and assignation of all potential projects submitted to the Creative Team. Additionally, this role is responsible for client services, sales and management, maintaining existing client relationships and seeking out connections for new business development. This person will manage a high volume of deliverables each day, and should have strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is someone with 2-4 years of related experience, who can rule systems and processes with an iron fist and also build strong relationships with artists and clients.
Basics: At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role. You’re organized and find joy in building close relationships with clients. Ability to travel, attend a high volume of client meetings, and work with a close-knit team is critical. You are a fanatic about a client’s experience.
Personality: You’re a people person. Highly organized and detail oriented. Self-starter with a contagious “can-do” attitude. You play well with others. You welcome criticism and often seek feedback. Unflappable; able to succeed in a highly creative, fast-paced environment.
Abilities: Excellent communicator, highly organized, fast learner. You see the forest through the trees - able to focus on the project at hand while also seeing the big picture. Strong, assertive communication. Easily asks for help AND offers help. Ability to relate to Marmoset’s wide variety of clients from all backgrounds.
Experience: You have at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a related role and are well-versed in the structure of the music industry. You have sales experience, working closely with clients and building client loyalty. You’ve worked on a team where your strong attention to detail and highly organized attributes made an impact.
