Hi, I’m Alyssa Fava, Director of HRBP’s and Services at Puppet,

I’m looking for an HR Manager, Americas to join our team to manage HR Services provided to our employees and managers in the Americas. In this role, you will manage the team responsible for the first point of contact for mid-level managers on day to day people needs; employee relations, performance, onboarding, retention, development as well as first point of contact for employees. Your team is responsible for facilitating Puppets positive employee experiences and great work culture. Your team also will scale across the other People functions to support People programs, HR systems, facilitate training, as well as support project work as needed.

You and your team are seen as trusted advisors for people leaders as they work through major milestones in managing their teams. If you enjoy working with managers and employees in helping them solve their problems and excel at supporting a great work environment, this is the job for you!

Meaningful work you’ll contribute:
Lead HR Services within the Americas, setting team service goals, and service level agreements for delivering excellent customer service.
Manages and delivers HR services provided to employees and leaders across the Americas to include onboarding, performance management, employee development, retention, and offboarding.
Develop, in partnership with the HRBP’s, best in class tools that facilitate a positive employee and manager experience.
Partner and collaborate with other People teams to support the rollout of People programs, projects, and training (for example: benefits open enrollment, compensation surveys, training facilitation).
Directly manage one (1) direct report.
