Clackamas County’s Technology Services (TS) is in search of an experienced and customer-focused Systems Project Analyst to lead the county’s Document Management direction and development via MS Sharepoint.

The incumbent’s primary responsibility will be administration, development, and programming of document management technology county-wide. This will be done through the implementation of MS Sharepoint as well as continued maintenance with Alfresco and with meeting with county departments to assess their document management needs. The Systems Project Analyst will work with developers, conduct analysis, and be the main person assigned to Document Management. There will also be the responsibility for the migration of documents stored in existing software to Alfresco.

Competitive candidates will combine their technical knowledge with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of customers, including county staff, managers, and elected officials.
