We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a team of people who believe their life's work can also be an adventure of a lifetime.



Summary:



The Digital Retail Marketing Specialist will support and assist the management of retail programs that are aimed at driving qualified traffic and sales while increasing location and brand awareness to Columbia’s Brand & Factory Store locations including, but not limited to support Store Locator Experience/Listings Management Tools, managing communication with mall partners, in-Store promotions, store openings, local events, Paid Advertising and Digital Media Campaigns.



Responsibilities:
•Work closely with Retail Marketing Managers and Retail Marketing team, Ecommerce, Internal Creative, Retail Operations, Merchants and Vendors, to support marketing programs and traffic-driving programs to assigned store locations.
•Store locator page updates; link promotions and at-mall events.
•Coordinate support for in-store promotions including but not limited to email, at-mall signage, mall websites, and/or procuring promotional materials.
•Monitor and Report on Store Visibility and Key Performance Metrics (Views, Clicks to Call, Clicks for Directions) across web platforms (Paid Media, Google, Yelp, Facebook, Foursquare, Yahoo etc) – Brand & Factory Outlet Stores
•Responsible for updating mall partner websites and ensuring a consistent look and copy across all consumer facing touch points. Brand & Factory Outlet
•Reporting on high and low performing stores to address through targeted marketing programs aimed at improving traffic (Brand& Factory Outlets)
•Monitoring and responding to increase # and favorability of reviews for owned stores (all channels)
•Own look & feel of store pages on .com sites to enhance customer experience - all channels
•Responsible for adding / modifying store locations and data for owned .com and 3rd party sites, including photos,descriptions, hours (Locally, SweetIQ, YELP)
•Develop Retail Marketing Dashboard for all channels,weekly reporting on store metrics
•Communication cross-functional partners & vendors


Requirements:


•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification desired or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
•Possess minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, marketing programs and project management
•Retail experience a plus
•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
•Ability to work within various reporting tools and provide high level analytics
•Ability to self-motivate and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments appropriately and work independently or within a team.
•Outstanding communicator. Strong written,verbal and presentation skills.
•Well-developed interpersonal skills.
•Strong social skills and proven ability to network.
•Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
•Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure, meet tight timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Show good judgment and aptitude for working both independently and interdependently.
•Proven skills to attract and engage customers to build awareness, drive traffic and sales in a retail environment.
•React positively to change and adapt easily.
•Digital media awareness.
