Administrative Coordinator, WAFE

Provide comprehensive support to the Instructional Director and Associate Dean(s) to promote the successful operation of the Wilsonville, Apprenticeship, Fire Science, Emergency Management division. Serve as liaison communicating information and coordinating activities between the division and college personnel, students, and public, including business and industry, community partners and leaders, and prospective students. Respond to requests for information. Provide project coordination and support for projects and committees, divisional, departmental, and college-wide. Coordinate activities in the department office, working independently to facilitate, prioritize, and monitor division and department workflow.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM/MANDATORY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Equivalent to an associate's degree in office or business administration or related field and at least three (3) years of experience as an assistant to an administrator; or a combination of education and experience.
