The Technology Support Specialist is a member of a team responsible for the support needs of our faculty, staff, students, parents, and community members. This includes all end-user technology, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, projectors, wireless access, phones, and all sorts of software both business- and EdTech-related. You’ll need stellar entry-level IT skills and the capability to blaze through support and service issues across our 67-acre campus. You’ll need to be great at interpersonal and technical communication skills, attention to detail, and an awesome can-do, willing-to-learn attitude.
