Position Overview

The Manager, Data Systems and Conversion is responsible for managing, organizing, and driving the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of effective data systems and data conversion processes at OCHIN. This role will be responsible managing projects and project deliverables to ensure specifications and timelines are met; this includes coordinating resource availability, prioritizing work, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring high quality service to the OCHIN collaborative. The Manager, Data Systems and Conversion will maintain a suite of data systems, including application databases and data warehouses such as Epic Clarity and Caboodle and NextGen production and reporting databases. The Manager, Data Systems and Conversion will manage the Data Systems and Conversion team’s performance, including providing feedback, managing performance, and developing staff skills. This role will be responsible for establishing Key Business Processes and continually assessing and improving systems and processes to increase efficiency while judiciously managing the resources of OCHIN and our Members (Service Areas).
