The Construction Careers Pathways Project Manager will manage the Construction Careers Pathways Project (C2P2), an ambitious, multi-agency effort to diversify the construction industry workforce in greater Portland. The project will design and implement strategies that remove barriers that prevent women and people of color from developing careers in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will have experience leveraging contract agreements; will understand how labor agreements work; will have experience negotiating fast-paced political environments with competing interests; and will be a creative program solver who can help deliver breakthrough strategies to advance equity in greater Portland.

Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate will have any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job. This includes at least five years of past work advancing workforce equity policy and advocacy; and a Bachelor's or other degree in economics, business, labor studies, public policy, ethnic studies, sociology, urban planning, or related disciplines.
